well, since none of the judges have met the pre required deadline for npc submission (which is necessary, since you guys are supposed to fight them in the end) I'm shutting down the collateral zone.
It was a failed project. Mainly because i can't seem to rely on any of the judges for this (i'm guessing the weren't interested?) I may start something similar up again under a new account with less people as the judge population, but not for a LOOOONG time, if at all.
Anyway, this account will be effectively shut down in three days.

sorry, but I just found out I'm going on a trip for like, 4 or so months, so I won't be able to participate. I'll still watch though, I want to see how this plays out
